West Tisbury: $6.07
Landbank Fee
All real estate purchases on Martha’s Vineyard are required to pay a 2% Land Bank fee. This is an additional fee that the buyer pays at closing.
Exemptions: First-time homebuyers are exempt on the first $480,000 of the purchase price.
